The Breakout Series is a two-day event taking place on February 4th and 5th. The event is part of the Pilot Academy, a qualifier series where teams fight for points that qualify them for the Gundam Evolution Pilot Showdown. The top 6 teams throughout the Pilot Academy and the top 2 teams in the Last Chance Qualifier will be eligible for the Showdown and a $20,000 prize pool

Breakout Series Event #3 begins on Saturday, February 4th starting off with the bracket stage. Teams will compete in a double elimination bracket, with each series being a best of 3 and the grand final being a best of 5.

On Sunday, February 5th the upper, lower, and grand final will take place to crown the champion of Breakout Series Event #3.
